HEADLESS GOLIATH GTR | RUN 17 SPARKLE SERIES
The Headless Goliath GTR returned for Run 17 with something a little louder. The Sparkle Series combines the compact, balanced feel of the Goliath with a full metallic glitter finish that changes character as the light moves across it.
Available in 6, 7 and 8-string configurations, each model features a Mahogany body, a fast Laminated Roasted Maple bolt-on neck, a smooth Roasted Maple fretboard and black hardware.
Choose from Blue Sparkle, Lavender Sparkle or Red Sparkle. Selected colours are also available in left-handed configurations.
Gigbag included in the price.

The Hot Rock gives the bridge plenty of punch and definition, while the De La Crème keeps the neck position warm, open and musical. The 5-way blade adds several useful sounds between them.

Stock pickups: punchy bridge tone and a smooth, open neck sound
The Hot Rock and De La Crème make a versatile pairing. The bridge has enough power and midrange to handle heavier rhythm playing, while the neck gives you a warmer voice for leads, cleans and fuller chord work. The 5-way blade adds a few lighter, more open sounds between the two.
The Hot Rock has the output to push an amp, but it does not sacrifice the character of the guitar. It stays punchy under gain, keeps palm mutes firm and has enough midrange to stop riffs from disappearing into the mix.
- Strong midrange: gives riffs presence without making the pickup sound nasal.
- Controlled low end: keeps lower tunings clear and stops heavy rhythm work from becoming loose.
- Clear under gain: individual notes remain easy to hear as saturation increases.
- Useful blended sounds: works well with the neck pickup through the 5-way switching.

The De La Crème is warm without becoming dull. It gives lead playing a smoother, rounder character and keeps clean chords open enough to hear every note.

The Run 17 Sparkle Goliath GTR combines the familiar balance and playability of the Goliath with a finish that refuses to blend into the background. It is built to be played, but it certainly does not mind being looked at.
