How it works

Choose an eligible in-stock or available guitar.
Pay the deposit to secure it.
Once the deposit is received, the team will allocate the guitar to you.
The remaining balance is paid over 3 months, interest-free.

How to secure your Ormsby

Follow the steps below to place your deposit.

Choose your guitar. Pick the model, finish, scale, and string count you want.

Pay your deposit. Add your preferred model and any important details in the checkout notes.

Wait for confirmation from the Ormsby team. For limited or high-demand guitars, allocation is only confirmed once a staff member confirms it.

Office hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm Perth time.

Tip: Include as much detail as possible in the checkout notes so the team can confirm the correct guitar faster.

Important terms and conditions

Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel the payment plan, the deposit is forfeited.

If you have made payments beyond the deposit, any paid balance excluding the deposit will be refunded.

Payments must be made on time. If a scheduled payment is missed, Ormsby may cancel the plan and return the guitar to sale.

No modifications or changes will be made to the guitar until it is paid in full.

The guitar is released and ownership is finalised once the balance has been paid in full.

All amounts are in AUD. Ormsby Musical Instrument Pty Ltd reserves the right to update payment plan terms and eligibility at any time.
