How it works

Choose your guitar, eligible in-stock / available item.
Pay a deposit to secure it, see deposit amounts below.
Once the deposit is received, our team will secure and allocate the guitar to you.
The remaining balance is split into equal payments over 3 months, interest-free, or sooner if you prefer.

How to Secure Your Ormsby

Follow the steps below to place your deposit and get your preferred guitar confirmed.

Find your Ormsby guitar. Choose the model and finish you want from what’s currently available.

Pay your deposit and leave your preference in the Notes at checkout, including model, colour, scale, string count, or any other important details.

Wait for confirmation from the Ormsby team. For high-demand guitars or limited stock, your deposit does not confirm allocation until a staff member confirms your guitar.

Tip: The more detail you include in the checkout notes, the faster the team can confirm the correct allocation.

Important terms & conditions

Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel the payment plan at any time, the deposit will be forfeited.
If you have made additional payments beyond the deposit, any paid balance, excluding the deposit, will be refunded.
Payments must be made on schedule. If a scheduled payment is missed, Ormsby may cancel the plan and the allocated product may be returned to sale.
No modifications or changes will be made to the guitar until it is paid in full.
The guitar will be released / ownership finalised once the balance is paid in full.

All amounts are in AUD. Ormsby Musical Instrument Pty Ltd reserves the right to update payment plan terms and eligibility at any time.
