We ship worldwide from our workshop in Perth, Western Australia.

Processing Times

In-stock items are usually dispatched within 5-10 business days.

Pre-orders and custom builds require additional production time. Estimated completion dates are listed on the product page or confirmed by email once your order is in progress.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped using trusted carriers with full tracking.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. International orders typically take 7–21 business days after dispatch.

Customs or import duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Insurance & Responsibility

All guitars are shipped fully insured. Once your order has been dispatched, Ormsby Guitars is not responsible for delays, carrier errors, or customs processing times. Please contact the carrier directly if your parcel is delayed after leaving our facility.

Shipping Costs

We offer free worldwide shipping on all guitars, fully insured and tracked to Major Cities.

A small number of remote or hard-to-reach destinations are classified by our carriers as remote areas, where limited logistics routes mean an additional carrier surcharge applies. This affects only a very small percentage of orders - if your address falls into one of these zones, we’ll contact you before dispatch to confirm the cost. No surprises.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact orders@ormsbyguitars.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and instrument. We’ll help you file an insurance claim or arrange a repair/replacement where appropriate.

Multiple Items

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on stock and production timelines.
