About the Factory Standard Range

Making its official debut at NAMM 2023, the Factory Standard range marks a major milestone for Ormsby — our first ever Australian-made production series. Each model is built by our Perth team, combining the streamlined efficiency of our production guitars with the precision craftsmanship of our CustomShop instruments.

The Factory Standard range follows the same process as our GTR line, but with one key difference: they’re built right here in Australia. Simply pick your favourite model, lock in your order, and our Aussie luthiers will handcraft your guitar in small batches.

Note: Unlike our Factory Custom or CustomShop guitars, the Factory Standard models are not customisable.

About the Hypemachine H1

The Factory Standard Hypemachine H1 is the first tier in the new Factory Standard range. Each H1 features a satin-finish Alder body with a matching headstock, Rock Maple bolt-on neck, Ebony fretboard, and Ormsby hardware in black (white model features chrome hardware). It’s fitted with our own Hot Rock bridge and PVH neck humbuckers for a balanced, powerful tone that suits all modern styles.
