These guitars are handcrafted by our team in Perth, Western Australia. Each build starts with our signature sandblasted Swamp Ash body finished in black with your choice of grain colour, paired with a black-stained Flame Maple neck, Ebony fretboard with no inlays, black Ormsby hardware, and your choice of Australian-made CustomShop pickups.

Each guitar is fully built-to-order. Once your order is confirmed, our team will contact you directly to finalise all build specs, including colour, string count, pickup configuration, and any optional upgrades.

Deposit and payment information

A $1,000 AUD deposit secures your Factory Custom Black Friday build allocation. When your guitar is ready, you'll be contacted via email and billed for: any remaining balance owing; shipping (up to $100 AUD within Australia, $200 to $250 AUD internationally); and any additional merchandise such as t-shirts, hats, or jumpers you'd like to include.

This is a non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance and shipping are due on completion. Once finished, you have 14 days to finalise payment, after which a storage fee of $10 AUD per day may apply and the instrument may be resold. Any additional payments made before completion beyond the deposit amount are refundable. Deposits are non-transferable and cannot be on-sold to another party. Orders are not available to UK or EU customers; please visit our dealer page for options in your region.
